Little Squeaky Cheese

This is a great way to break into cheese making. The recipe uses a lot of the same ingredients and techniques that are used when making more challenging cheese.

The reason it’s a great place to start is you have the experience of making cheese without having to worry about screwing it up. Even if it doesn’t come out “perfect” you can still eat it and enjoy it.
